Membership is free; you only pay for the documents you produce and there is no minimum charge. There is a short sign-up process, to ensure that this site is right for your needs.

Membership is usually through an organisation, but it is possible for individuals outside organisations to register as members. Organisations can register as many of their people as users as they want. Only registered users can use the site. Adding additional users is easy, and quick.

Pricing is unitised, per document produced. A pricing plan will be agreed with you when you sign-up. Price plans are adjusted at the end of each calendar year; these changes will be circulated to all members well before the start of each year. Invoicing is monthly.
